2. Ideal entrepreneur must have being doing business in Lagos State for the last five years.
3. Ideal entrepreneur must have being Pay tax regularly with evidence.
4. Ideal entrepreneur must have nominated and be voted for.
5. Ideal entrepreneur must not above forty five years of age.
6. Ideal entrepreneur must be a CEO of business entity.
